Password Security and Notification

Access to certain parts of the Site requires a login. If you have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for access to non-public areas of the Site, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your PIN. Accordingly, you should take steps to protect the confidentiality of your PIN. Notify DV immediately if you become aware of any disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorized use of your PIN.

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated by DV, provided that you may terminate these terms at any time only by destroying all information and materials obtained by you or on your behalf from the Site and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise. Such termination by you will not be effective if DV, in its sole discretion and without notice to you or otherwise, determines that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Governing Law and Consent to Jurisdiction

If any provision of these terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
